Plashchanitsa (shroud)

Plashchanitsa (shroud) is a small geyser located next to Gorizontalnyy. Its geyserite structure resembles a piece of cloth thrown over the steep slope.

This geyser is also known as Nizhniy Shchelevoy (lower crack) or Ploskiy Konus (flattened cone).

The height of geyserite structure is about a meter. Eruption goes through a small slot opening at the top of the cone. Water shoots up to 30 centimeters high. Eruption lasts 3 minutes and the cycle is about half an hour.
