Sliyaniya (confluence) peak is a cliff located to the south from the Valley of Geysers. It's rising above the Tri Sestry (place of the three sisters) where Sestrenka and Geyzernaya rivers flow into Shumnaya River. This cliff can be clearly seen above the horizon line, attracting attention with its defined shape and steep slopes.
Sliyaniya Peak can be seen from almost any spot in the Valley of Geysers, when looking south. It's captured on many photos from the Valley. The distance from the Sliyaniya Peak to the central part of the Valley (Vitrazh) is 2.5 kilometers, the height above the lake is about 400 meters.
From geological standpoint, Sliyaniya Peak marks North-Eastern edge of Shirokoye (wide) Plateau. The height of the peak above the sea level is about 800 meters.
