Novyy (new) is the name of a boiling spring on the right bank of Geyzernaya River, half way between the dammed lake and Triumphalnyye Vorota Rocks. It's located opposite of what used to be a group of large geysers that were buried in the 2007 landslide — Triple, Sugar and Neighbor. Boiling water constantly rages up to 1 meter high.
The spring appeared after the landslide; no thermal features were noted before in that spot. Most likely after group of large geysers were buried by the landslide, thermal water found an outlet in a new place.
